A lifelong Capital Region resident who now calls Saratoga Springs home, Joan offers clients an in-depth understanding of the local market and the neighborhoods that make this area such a wonderful place to live. Before launching her successful real estate career, she spent more than 30 years in law office management, developing the organization, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills that continue to benefit her clients today.

Whether working with buyers, sellers, seniors, or clients relocating to the area, Joan takes the time to understand each person's goals and provides thoughtful advice backed by current market knowledge. Her strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication help ensure every transaction stays on track from the first conversation through closing.

Joan's dedication to her clients has earned her numerous professional honors, including Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President's Circle recognition, multiple Service Excellence Awards, and Saratoga Today's Best of the Saratoga Region award. She also holds several professional designations, including Certified Relocation Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and Certified Negotiation Expert.

Outside of real estate, Joan enjoys supporting local arts and preservation organizations, singing music from the Great American Songbook, swimming, skiing, and tennis.
